History of our restaurant

Kensuke, Emma, and Jon – with a shared fanatical interest in food, our goal is to serve the best, most affordable katsu curry and sushi in Toyko. Many of our recipes were passed down to Kensuke from his mother and grandmother. That authenticity is important to us, and we strive to provide the highest quality food at the most reasonable prices.

Inspired by Tokyo

Why Tsuru is good?

After visiting Japan and experiencing the real thing, I am quite picky and don't give out compliments lightly. Unless, of course, they're as good as Tsuru. Tsuru is a genuine article. I could have gone to Tokyo.

Traditions & good quality

Why Japanese food is really exotic for us?

Japanese food remains exotic, which can be an interesting way to complement national, traditional home cooking. The indiscriminate eating experience allows you to unwind and enjoy a relaxing family evening in a tranquil setting.

Great variety.

Sushi is available in a variety of styles, depending on the ingredients used and how they are prepared: fish, seafood, chicken, vegetables, salted, smoked products, and sea salt. Rolls are twisted in the watery form as well as in the middle. Because of the combination of these products, you can always try a favorite roll as well as something new.

Flavor that is unique. Traditional, and especially unacceptable, products appear to make for unconventional combinations that will leave few people indifferent. Modern varieties allow you to select from a wide range of products for vegetarians, fish, and meat lovers.

2

A well-balanced, nutritious meal. Dry food connoisseurs rarely suffer from overindulgence, both in Japan and beyond its borders. This is due to the absence of fatty or calorific ingredients in the dry food's composition. Their consumption has a positive effect on all organs and systems and has numerous benefits. It improves vascular and heart function; slows the breakdown of collagen fibers in cartilage, thereby strengthening joints. Moreover, it normalizes blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Also, enhances memory and brain activity.

Sushi is an unusual food that can only be beneficial if you follow the rules. There are numerous adverse repercussions to eating throughout large quantities or using a low-quality product. You can spend an evening experimenting on your own if you have the time, inclination, and necessary products. You can, however, order your rolls from a Japanese restaurant or have them delivered.
